My Room Children’s Cancer Charity
At My Room, we believe in providing hope and comfort for families throughout their cancer journey funding critical family support, clinical care and medical equipment, research and trials. We collaborate with the brightest minds in the medical field to direct our funds, ensuring that every dollar you donate is invested in the best ways to help these families.
We’re proud to say we keep our administration costs low, and combined with our efficient fundraising methods, we administer a greater proportion of donations directly to the projects it funds. We hold a deductible gift recipient status (DGR1), and are registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.
As a grassroots organisation, we prioritise personalised care and attention to the families who need it most, without bureaucracy or red tape. When you support My Room, at least 95%** of your donation will go directly towards helping children and families affected by cancer.
